Returns & Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return unwanted items back within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Due to their nature the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
– Custom or personalised items
Customer Satisfaction is my main priority and I therefore ask that you contact me should there be any issues with your order giving me the chance to rectify this issue for you.
