I use Royal Mail for all Deliveries. Please visit www.royalmail.com for status updates regarding their delivery network service levels.

England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle Mann, Isles of Scilly (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail TRACKED48
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from the date your order was dispatched (Monday to Saturday).

Express Delivery: Royal Mail TRACKED24
Orders are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch (Monday to Saturday).

Collect from Nana’s Little Creations
Collections can be arranged by appointment.

Personalised or Handmade items

I aim to ship all items within 10 working days from the date of ordering via Royal Mail from within the UK. Items will always be shipped sooner than this where possible. Please take this into consideration when placing your order and choosing your shipping option.
